Aufgaben

  • Provide professional and operational leadership to the team and coordinate daily workflows
  • Identify and implement concrete measures to increase efficiency in day-to-day operations
  • Take responsibility for the continuous development, standardisation and digitalisation of operational end-to-end processes, optimise recurring workflows and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure the structured handling of customer requests
  • Prepare reports, analyses and KPI evaluations to steer and manage the team
  • Actively use CRM and AI tools in daily operational work
  • Take responsibility for accounts receivable management, including monitoring outstanding invoices and incoming payments
  • Oversee invoice controlling and dispatch
  • Full responsibility for fleet management and administration of camera equipment
  • Handle correspondence in German, French and Italian
  • Work closely with the Sales team

Job Anforderungen

  • Completed Master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
  • Initial experience in Administration, Finance, Operations, or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in implementing projects and processes (mandatory: CRM, automation, and AI tools).
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conversational proficiency in Italian and French is mandatory.
  • A versatile "all-rounder" with a distinct hands-on mentality.
  • High level of initiative, energy, and resilience.
  • Ability to independently take on leadership responsibility while actively supporting brokers from the back office.
