Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable management & invoicing: Management of open items, monitoring of incoming payments, and creation, dispatch, and tracking of invoices.
  • Fleet management: Administration and coordination of the company's own vehicle pool and cameras.
  • Real estate listings: Publishing, maintaining, and quality assurance of real estate listings on relevant portals.
  • Office management: Responsibility for overall office organization, including mail, general administrative processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Correspondence: Responsibility for internal and external written communication with the sales team.

Requirements

Technical requirements:

  • Completed bachelor's degree or HF in business administration, management, or a comparable field.
  • Initial professional experience in administration, finance, operations, or customer services is an advantage.
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work.

Language requirements:

  • Confident command of German and English
  • Conversational Italian and French – essential

Personal profile:

  • All-rounder with a hands-on mentality
  • High level of initiative, energetic and resilient
  • Ability to take on management tasks independently while supporting our brokers from the back office
